Who we are
Zenyne Labs is an independent software and automation studio based in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy covers this website and the project work we do for clients.
What we collect
Two kinds of information. First, what you give us - your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in a form, an email, or a call. Second, technical information about visits to this site - pages viewed, device and browser, and approximate location - collected through website analytics.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, agree and deliver projects, invoice for work, improve this site, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we never will.
Where it's processed
This site is hosted with providers who may process data outside India (for example, Vercel for this website). We rely on the standard technical and contractual safeguards those providers offer, and we keep the information we hold to the minimum needed to do the work.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses minimal cookies for analytics, and local storage to remember your theme preference. The site works fully even if you block cookies.
Retention
We keep information only as long as an engagement needs it or as long as Indian law requires for records and taxes - and we delete it earlier whenever you ask.
Your rights
Where the law gives you these rights, you can ask to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us at the address below and we'll respond within the time the law sets.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and we ask you not to share it with us if you're under the applicable age of consent.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when things change; the date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes get a direct note to clients and subscribers.
